In the case of a return or refund, any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. A 15% re stocking fee will be applied to your refund total if cancellation occurs after 2 days from initial order. Complete refunds (less shipping) and returns are only allowed on equipment that has not been used. Victoria Skimboards does not accept partial refunds unless there were multiple items in a single order upon which the customer can return any single/multiple unused item that were ordered. If there is a suspected manufacturing defect, a refund/replacement will be issued upon proper inspection completed by Victoria Skimboards. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Victoria Skimboards of California cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured (UPS or FedEx).
Hello, I am trying to return my skimboard i bought from y’all during Christmas because the weight limit is too low. It has not been used and I have the original packaging. I would like a refund or an exchange if possible.
